Tips to inspire you offline and improve your blog

We spent a few hours of our day online, creating content for our blogs, interacting on social networks, reading Feeds and scouring Google, we can not only hold these sources for inspiration. Read other blogs and see what people want to find help on the internet, but not all. You have to think a little off-line to create better online.
The purpose of publishing tips here is so you better develop your blog, especially teaching how to analyze data, write quality and learn new techniques.

But this can not be everything and it does not always help us to get inspiration. Worse still our inspiration comes only from online sources....
just reading other blogs / sites and interacting on social networks. You need to leave home to get new ideas.

1. Read good books, lots of books

Pick up a paper book is a transcendental experience, almost mystical, but unfortunately has been left out. Read good books, classic literature, poems, essays, short stories. Take time for your brain to work on a single task and focus only on a single information. Read relaxes, rests and sharpens the intellect.

The more important to devote a good book is that you devote your attention linearly and will deepen into something. On the internet we do not read and read so much quality in a dispersed. Our brain needs time to process.

2. Make exercise

Have to publish here tips to avoid back pain while blogging. Practicing some exercise, even a simple walk to the practice of more intense activities, can help you develop skills.

Exercise releases endorphins, make you more alert and encourages logical thinking, and give more encouragement to the everyday. Physical activities also help us in organizing our day, helping us to sleep better and therefore more surrender.

3. Talk to people

We spend hours a day talking with dozens, even hundreds of people, but not actually talked to anyone.Making links, comment on blogs, chatted in Messengers, but it's nowhere near what it needs for a real conversation.

Again we need to stop everything until you hang up the phone. Talking means listening, focus on each other and interact directly with someone without the intermediation of the machines and things. We have to be ourselves, make eye contact, no avatar, subterfuge or mincing words. Only then will we discover our true friends.

In everyday conversation we are forced to reason directly (without searching for answers on Google), we need to mount arguments, wait for the other to speak, listen and want to understand. Spend more time withfamily, boyfriend, go to the bar with your friends.

4. Your personal life, your job or studies

Behind his blog, behind all the blogs are real people with a real life and unique experiences and incredible. But to have all that you need to live, travel, work, study and go beyond your room or office.

Even for ideas on what to do with your blog and what your goals with this. Your day to day has a lot to teach you about what and how to blog, and thus avoids creating blogs that have no relation to you or about things you do not like the truth.

What else can inspire offline?

I have suggested some things that can help you get off a little virtual world and turn over to the "real" world, unplugged (outside the Matrix). It is that moment when we take a little of our life and realize that the computer and the internet are not that important.

What about you, what makes for inspiration that comes from your offline world? Think about it, reflect and share with us your ideas and opinions in the comments here.I would love to hear from you...
